Cancellation Policy
Smooth & Sculpt Body Contouring Policy At Smooth & Sculpt, all body contouring services are performed by appointment only and require a completed health and consent form prior to treatment. Because client safety is our top priority, services may not be provided to individuals with certain conditions including pregnancy, pacemakers, uncontrolled diabetes, epilepsy, active infections, or cancer. A valid deposit or credit card is required to hold your booking, and a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is needed for cancellations or changes to avoid fees. Cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment cost. Payment is due at the time of service and all packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. While our treatments are designed to support inch loss, skin tightening, and improved body confidence, individual results vary and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Photos may be taken to document progress and may also be used for business purposes such as marketing and education. We maintain strict confidentiality for all client records. Smooth & Sculpt reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time to ensure safety and professionalism.
